Why You Should Join Us
As a graduate of UC Berkeley, you will always be part of our Cal family. Joining our Central Coast Chapter will allow you to reconnect with some other local alumni who also had the great opportunity to call Cal home! Becoming a part of our chapter will allow you to: support scholarships for Cal students and connect with local alumni at one of our many San Luis Obispo County gatherings. We organize a Spring Fling, Cal student welcome, fall dinner with Cal Berkeley speaker, group tours and cultural events on the Central Coast of California. Membership is only $25 annually though we appreciate larger donations.

How do I join?
Submit the form under the "Join Chapter" tab and complete the form. You will need to mail it to the indicated address via USPS!
What events does your chapter host?
We host a variety of events beginning with our Spring Fling, Festival Mosaic concert, member excursions, summer welcome party for incoming Cal students, and a fall dinner with guest speaker! If you are interested in seeing certain events added, please contact us.
What is the main focus of your Cal alumni chapter?
The main focus of our chapter is to gather Cal alumni to build a community of local Cal Bears to enjoy one another's company and raise funds for student scholarships. We inform, engage, and inspire alumni to support the university by participating in alumni activities, acting as ambassadors and advocates on behalf of the university, and giving to the university in the form of student scholarships.
