Prytanean Alumnae is managed by the all volunteer Prytanean Alumnae Board of Directors:

- Treasurer: Maxine Rodenhuis, 2012
- Prizes, Events and Programs (PEP): Melissa Freeman, 2017

- Honor Society Liaison: Cici Ambrosio, 1995, Hon 2003

All Board members are CAA Members and Prytaneans.
As of October 2025, we have initiated 5,451 Prytaneans, and all have signed the initiation books. The older books are in the Prytanean Collection in the Bancroft Library. The Initiation Book currently in use starts in 1963.
We work hard to keep our Member information up to date. We do not share it with anyone (that is our Privacy Statement). We use it to send our Annual Newsletters, and occasional emails (no more than four emails per year).
