As leaders, you represent UC Berkeley to thousands of alumni, current students, and prospective applicants around the world. These resources provide tools and best practices to keep your Alumni Chapter running smoothly.

Form Submissions

  • Submit an Event Report

    • Alumni Chapters are Expected to complete this report for all chapter-hosted events. Event reports provide essential data on the depth and breadth of engagement that chapters provide to the alumni community.
  • Grant Program Application

    • CAA’s grant program helps Alumni Chapters cover out-of-pocket expenses for events and program costs.
  • Board Member Update Form

    • Chapters must utilize this took to inform CAA when board members are added or removed, and provide updates to board members’ contact information.

  • Zoom Training Workshop with Paragon Consulting

    • The Cal Alumni Association presents a Zoom Training Workshop with Paragon Consulting. Students from Paragon Consulting discuss navigating Zoom basics and dive into some advanced features for those who might want to host an event of their own!
  • Virtual Events Toolkit

    • Updated Dec. 2020 — This toolkit was created to provide resources for your Chapter to host a virtual event during this time of distancing and quarantine, and serves as a guideline for planning any future virtual event. Hosting virtual events allows your members to keep in contact and have some sense of normalcy in the midst of isolation.
