Cal Alumni of Puget Sound (CAPS) is a group of Berkeley alumni supporting Cal in the Puget Sound area of Washington. CAPS supports Cal through statewide scholarship activities and new student/grad receptions, game day events, and social gatherings held in Seattle and East Side locations throughout the year.

CAPS is a growing organization of all ages. Cal alums with ideas and spirit are invited to help expand our program to include a scholarship endowment, mentorship, speaker forums, and cultural events, as well as establish a solid Cal alumni presence in the Northwest.

The Cal Alumni Club of Puget Sound and its burgeoning network is only as good as the alumni in the area can make it. To keep the Golden Bear presence strong here in the Pacific Northwest, we need your help! Please email with your availability and how you want to be involved. We have a place for you here at the Cal Alumni Club of Puget Sound. Together we can spread Fiat Lux in the Seattle area. Go Bears!

Why Should You Volunteer for CAPS?

Thanks to our volunteers, 2013 was a great year for CAPS with an impressive 46 events, which earned us much praise for our growth. We still have much potential that we want to tap and we could use your help in running our club. We're an organization on the way up; come join us for the ride in 2014!

Why you should volunteer for CAPS:

- BUILD personal networks and make new friends.
- Represent Cal in the local COMMUNITY, to INSPIRE future Golden Bears.
EXPAND the Berkeley network, strengthening the value of your degree.
- Hone your skills and enhance your resume by being a community LEADER.
- Hve FUN!

As Cal alumni, we know you are busy, and we have volunteer opportunities to fit any schedule (really!). Email for more information!
